Institutional strengthening

Accomplishments

  • Updated position description for human resources;
  • Updated the ISF internal lecturer database;
  • Reviewed, updated, and presented the VU SR training framework for 2026–2027;
  • Conducted a VU SR Community Survey, the results of which were incorporated into the organization of VU SR activities (see more), followed by a meeting with an organizational psychologist to ensure the results and potential solutions;
  • The knowledge transfer process for the 2026–2027 term was planned and initiated;
  • Contributed to the development of the VU SR Strategic Plan and the implementation of the goal in the “Strong Organization” direction (see more);
  • funding allocated for the organization of VU SR trainings was increased;
  • to promote a culture of reflection within the organization, a reflection week #VUSAReflektuoja was announced;
  • the mentoring program for VU SR leaders continued—20 mentor-mentee pairs were formed;
  • systematic work in the area of human resources continued during the reporting period:
  • regular meetings of the Institutional Strengthening Fund and human resources coordinators continued, during which topics relevant to the organization and its members were discussed;
  • Discussions and efforts focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining members.
